LinkaNode holds none of your site data. Your files, your databases and your backups stay on your server and in your own storage. What we keep is limited to what it takes to sign you in and to drive your machine.

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. The only cookie set is your session cookie, strictly necessary for the site to work, which therefore does not require your prior consent.
Managing a server means being able to connect to it. Your SSH credentials are therefore stored, but encrypted with a key held separately from the database itself. They are used only for actions you trigger from the panel. Nobody at LinkaNode connects to your server by hand.

We neither sell nor rent your data, and we pass it to no third party for commercial purposes.
The data controller is established in Canada, and some processors are in the United States. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the contractual safeguards those providers put in place.
When you delete your account, your servers, sites and stored credentials are erased from our systems. This erases nothing on your own server, which keeps running without us.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to us through our contact form and we answer within 30 days.
If you live in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
The site is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are hashed and never stored in clear text. SSH credentials and backup keys are encrypted. Access to the panel server is restricted by key.
No system is infallible. In the event of a data breach likely to harm you, we inform you and the competent authority within the timeframes set by the applicable regulation.
